10/1 Update: Zeus has healed from his surgery; he’s doing great and is ready to find his fur-ever home. Now that his painful ear is behind him, his playful side is coming out more and more. He is an absolutely gorgeous boy who sometimes still acts like a playful puppy, loves being with his people and gets along with his male and female foster dogs. He does love kids, but due to his size and him wanting to play with them, older kids would be best. All he wants is to be loved and by your side. Is your side the one for him?


Meet Zeus! He is a 3 year old handsome brindle boy. Zeus was surrendered by his owner due to his vet bills. He has had chronic ear infections most of his life resulting in him having to be sedated every time it needs treatment. Their vet was recommending having the ear canal removed and our vet agreed. He recently had his surgery. Thankfully the other ear is normal so he will not lose his hearing and won't be in ongoing pain and discomfort any more.

Zeus is doing well in his foster home. He plays well with their other dogs, is house trained and well behaved. We would recommend a home with older kids, probably age 8 and up.
