Meet Chloe! She is a 17 month old English Mastiff. She came into Rescue when her owners were moving and not able to keep her. She has the cutest little bob tail that wags so quickly her whole butt wiggles when she is happy.  She is the biggest cuddle bug and would be very happy just lounging on the couch next to her people. She has spent many hours stretched across the patio sofa and is very content to do so.  She is crate trained and well behaved in the home.

She does live with a foster brother and they get along great. They love to play and romp around the house together. She recently met a small puppy and was very gentle with her as well! We would love Chloe to go to a home with a medium-large sized dog that she can play with.

She is very alert to squirrels and rabbits on walks-so it is unknown how she would do with cats.  We are still working on leash manners when she sees these little creatures—as she is ready to chase them!

She is still timid and nervous around the men in her foster home, she will let out a bark when she sees them sometimes, but we are continuing to make her feel comfortable and safe-and she is getting a bit better every day.  Since we don't have any history with small kids, a home with kids aged 12+ or an adult only home would be best. She will bark when we see people out on walks, but then her butt wiggles as she goes up to say hi.  She is an alert barker, and will bark at the neighbors through the windows, with the door bell, etc.

Chloe is being fostered near St. Louis, MO.
