GPMR does not have a shelter. All of our dogs are kept in loving foster homes. We must have a completed adoption application on file before meeting any of our mastiffs.
  
GPMR adopts to the states of Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri, Louisiana and parts of Colorado. 
!!!Any mastiffs being adopted out of the state of Oklahoma require a health certificate to be paid for by the adopter!!!

Meet Layla. Layla is a 7 month old AKC registered English Mastiff. Layla was rescued from a home that didn't want her any longer by a wonderful couple. When they agreed to take her, she was underweight, scared, and not socialized since she had been kept outside alone for several weeks. She was lethargic and mopey when she first came to them, and now she has really come out of her shell. They worked with her on socializing and got her weight up. She's learned to walk well on a leash, she knows "sit" and "come" and they are working on "stay."
She loves to play with their 80lb dog and does great with their little 7lb dog that mostly growls at Layla. Layla just tries to get her to play. She has been around young children and has had her ears pulled and face smooshed and feet touched and she doesn't mind at all. She will also sit before she gets her food. Thanks to the loving family that took her in, Layla now has a chance at a happy, fulfilled life.
