GPMR does not have a shelter. All of our dogs are kept in loving foster homes. We must have a completed adoption application on file before meeting any of our mastiffs.
  
GPMR adopts to the states of Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri, Louisiana and parts of Colorado. 
!!!Any mastiffs being adopted out of the state of Oklahoma require a health certificate to be paid for by the adopter!!!

Hi I'm Lyra! Aren't I just the sweetest thing you've ever seen? I sure hope so. I’m a special girl who needs a special family who can provide me with a calm and reassuring environment where I can become a more confident dog. I'm not real confident right now and they tell me I'm kind of shy when I meet new people or go to new places, but I'm trying really hard. I take my time adjusting to new things and new people, I need to assess the situation and make sure that I am really safe. If you just give me some time, I know I can be the greatest friend ever! I may not ever enjoy trips to Petsmart but I’ll love your couch and our snuggle time together. I am learning how to play and enjoy my new stuffed monkey, though I only play when I think no one is looking. I'm about a year or a year and a half old...I'm not really sure. My previous owner just kept me to have puppies so that's all I've really known so far until I came into rescue. My foster parents are very patient with me and give me lots of time to get used to new things. I am particularly fond of their male doberman- I really like him alot. I do prefer the boys! I prefer to go to a home with no children and no cats. My true personality will bloom with alot of TLC and patience...I just know it! I am potty trained and I enjoy rides in the car. I’m kind of a picky eater but I’m working on it. I need to gain a little weight and a little confidence and then I’m ready to be yours. Are you ready to be mine?
