About Puller

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Dog
  • Rescue ID: OK092516
  • General Color: Brindle
  • Microchipped: Yes
  • Declawed: No

Meet Puller! He is an 8.5 year old boy who was surrendered by his family who've had him since a puppy. They were moving and not able to bring Puller with them. He is definitely confused by the change but loves people and quickly bonding with his foster family. Puller is good with other dogs and seems to ignore the cat. His brindle color is just gorgeous and he has a huge Mastiff head :)

Puller did not receive much vet care in the last several years. He came to us with fleas, intestinal parasites and ear infections, all of which have been treated. Thankfully he tested negative for heartworms. Unfortunately, he has a torn ACL in his right rear leg that happened a long time ago so he's not eligible for corrective surgery. He body seems to have adjusted to the injury and he's a bit bow-legged in that leg. However he does need to stay on medications and supplements to keep him comfortable. He also doesn't have 100% of his vision which is mostly noticeable at night.

Due to his medical issues, Puller's adoption fee is waived and he is part of our "Fall in Love" adoption special. This boy has so much love to give, consider giving him a retirement home today!

Puller is being fostered in Edmond, OK.
