PLEASE NOTE: GPMR communicates primarily by email. GPMR does not have a shelter. All of our dogs are kept in loving foster homes. We must have a completed adoption application on file before meeting any of our mastiffs.

GPMR adopts to the states of Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri, Louisiana and parts of Colorado.

!!!Any mastiffs being adopted out of the state of Oklahoma require a health certificate to be paid for by the adopter!!!

Well Hello,
I am so happy to see you here. Yes I am a very pretty girl. I can tell you liked what you saw too cause you clicked on MY picture.
I am Honey, formerly known as Lucy and Alice. I came to Great Plains Mastiff Rescue 4years ago when all my brothers & sisters were rescued from a shelter in Texas at 7 weeks old. I was the smallest girl in the litter and look at me today. I am a big healthy girl. I was adopted to a family when I was 9 weeks old but my adoptive family brought me back to my Great Plains Mastiff Rescue family when they had to move out of the country. I miss my family and all these changes in my life have really confused me! I have been told that I am as I am suppose to be an English Mastiff Great Dane Mix. I definitely have the energy level of a Great Dane and the kind gentle soul of an English Mastiff. I have been described as sweet and boisterous....imagine that???? I would love to fill your home with laughter and joy everyday. I used to have a fursister but I haven't lived with any fur siblings in at least a year:( I know basic commands and I really want to work hard for you! Do you like an obedient dog? Well look no further, I'm your companion!
So if you like the big dogs with big dog energy then I am your girl.
