Meet Dozer! Dozer is a 2 year old boy who was rescued by a shelter in Kansas as part of a cruelty case. Dozer was severely neglected - very underweight, had intestinatal parasites and tested positive for heartworms. It's obvious his former owner didn't give this boy any attention as he craves it constantly! Despite his past, he is the sweetest and most loving boy. Dozer is a typical velcro Mastiff and enjoys most being with his people.

Dozer is a smaller framed Mastiff, he is underweight currently but he'll likely fill out around 130 pounds or so. He's done well with the dogs in his foster home. We still need to evaluated him with kids. We don't know how he will do with cats or small dogs.

Dozer's had a bit of separation anxiety during his transition from his outdoor life into a foster home, so we are giving him meds to help him not to be stressed out when he's left alone. We hope that we can wean him off those once he's had more time to settle into his new life. He'd be happiest in a home where someone is home part of the day.

Dozer has undergone heartworm treatment and is doing great!

Dozer's adoption fee is $450. He is being fostered in Edmond, OK.
