Meet Brother! He came into rescue with his Sister when they were confiscated from their owner as part of a neglect situation involving several dogs. It seems they lived outdoors in a kennel their whole life. They weren't fed very well, had ear and eye infections, are were infested with fleas and had terrible skin as a result. They both also tested positive for tick-related infection. Despite what they have suffered, Brother and Sister are the sweetest dogs you'll ever meet. Their tails are just wagging non-stop!

Brother wasn't in the rescue very long when his foster mom decided to adopt him. We couldn't be happier for them!

Brother is being fostered in St. Joseph,  MO.
