GPMR does not have a shelter. All of our dogs are kept in loving foster homes. We must have a completed adoption application on file before meeting any of our mastiffs.
  
GPMR adopts to the states of Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri, Louisiana and parts of Colorado. 
!!!Any mastiffs being adopted out of the state of Oklahoma require a health certificate to be paid for by the adopter!!!

Meet Hamish! This handsome boy is what we call a "Fluffy" Mastiff. It's a rare recessive gene that causes the dog to have a longer coat. We don't see them very often but so far in 2021, he's the 2nd Fluffy we got in Rescue!

Hamish was found as a stray, and brought to a shelter. However no owner came forward to claim him. He was very underweight and a horrible skin infection as he was infested with fleas. He also had a terrible ear infection  and URI that we treated. We've started getting some weight on him and he's looking better already.

Hamish is a very sweet boy and loves everyone he meets. His foster family is integrating him with their personal dogs and he's doing well so far. The vet estimates him at about 3 years old.

Hamish is being fostered in Flower Mound, TX.
