PLEASE NOTE: GPMR communicates primarily by email. GPMR does not have a shelter. All of our dogs are kept in loving foster homes. We must have a completed adoption application on file before meeting any of our mastiffs.

GPMR adopts to the states of Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri, Louisiana and parts of Colorado.

!!!Any mastiffs being adopted out of the state of Oklahoma require a health certificate to be paid for by the adopter!!!

Meet Eleanor, aka Ellie. She was rescued from a shelter in Oklahoma. We are guessing her age at 7 years old. Ellie is a sweet girl who likes everyone she meets - both 2 legged and 4 legged! She enjoys taking a ride in the car as much as spending time lounging on the couch.

Ellie was recently diagnosed with a condition called Spondylosis, where she has bone spurs that have formed on her spine as a result of disk problems in her back. She also has arthritis in one of her knees. Because of these conditions, Ellie will need to remain on an anti-inflammatory medication like Rimadyl for the remainder of her life.

Because of Ellie's medical conditions, she needs a quiet home where she won' t have other dogs jumping on her and potentially hurting her. We are looking for a retirement home for Ms. Ellie - is that home yours?

Eleanor is currently being fostered in Southlake, TX.
