GPMR does not have a shelter. All of our dogs are kept in loving foster homes. We must have a completed adoption application on file before meeting any of our mastiffs.
  
GPMR adopts to the states of Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri, Louisiana and parts of Colorado. 
!!!Any mastiffs being adopted out of the state of Oklahoma require a health certificate to be paid for by the adopter!!!

Meet King! This handsome boy came into Rescue when his family didn't have time for him as they had 2 special needs children they were caring for and it was too much for them. They had adopted King from another family a couple of years ago, and best we can tell he is about 4 years old.

King is doing great with the other dogs in his foster home. He is also good with kids with with his size and exuberace for food, a home with kids ovrer 8 would be best. Cats are unknown at this time. He is a super sweet boy and a typical Mastiff personality.

Unfortunately King wasn't keep on heartworm prevention, and he tested positive for both heartworms and intestinal parasites! We've treated the intestinal parasites and he'll start heartworm treatment here in the next few weeks. Once that's completed he will be ready for adoption!

King is being fostered in Shawnee, OK.
