GPMR does not have a shelter. All of our dogs are kept in loving foster homes. We must have a completed adoption application on file before meeting any of our mastiffs.
  
GPMR adopts to the states of Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri, Louisiana and parts of Colorado. 
!!!Any mastiffs being adopted out of the state of Oklahoma require a health certificate to be paid for by the adopter!!!

Fischer is a lovingly sweet boy who came into GPMR when his family was going through a divorce and could no longer keep him.  He lived with kids in his previous family and he is good with other dogs. 
 
Fischer had to have a toe removed in the past because of a benign tumor and it looks like he is having the same problem with a different toe now.  We took him to the vet and soon learned that he also is heartworm positive and we found out he is blind.  The tumor on his toe is very infected and Fischer is on medications to treat that.  This poor boy is having a rough time of things but he's now in great hands with his foster family and we'll get his medical needs addressed one at a time.

Fischer is being fostered in Southlake, TX.
